Ashland Woods
Trask Development broke ground on Ashland Woods on West Union street in Ashland in 2014. This 60 unit rental community was designed with consideration given to the residential nature of this portion of the town. The project has maintained near 100% occupancy since its opening in 2016.

Our downtown Ashland Mixed - use property. Featuring 9 two bedroom residential units, and 2 commercial units. One occupied by local favorite, The Bagel Table , the other occupied by Ashland-based Oak Realty Group. The project was completed in 2017, and was designed to have the "look" of building consistent with other more historic down town structures. In 2019, Trask sold the property to another family owned real estate holdings firm.
